CENTRALLY STATIONED

Merritt 7 will soon have its own new dedicated Metro North train station on-site that will be directly accessible from the Park. The new station is scheduled for completion in 2022 and will offer door-to-door transportation to Grand Central Terminal, providing direct access from NYC and creating an ideal destination for either a headquarters relocation or the opening of a satellite office.

CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING

As the commercial real estate industry continues to evolve through the challenges of the current environment, the ongoing improvement program at Merritt 7 has never been more prescient. The strategic upgrade plan, encompassing numerous interior and exterior common area renovations, saw the recent completion of a new 35,000-square foot landscaped outdoor plaza featuring abundant greenery, landscaping and seating areas, and a new indoor-outdoor multi-purpose center that opens directly onto the new plaza.  The innovative space functions as a common lounge for the M7 community, event venue, and tenant conferencing/meeting facility capable of accommodating up to 250 people.  Merritt 7 has also achieved certifications in key wellness, sustainability and connectivity metrics in order to continue delivering a forward-thinking business destination.
