The Merritt 7 Story
Merritt 7 Corporate Park began with a vision - a vision of creating a modern office park along the Norwalk River. With the expertise of a committed developer, that vision became a reality when the first building was completed in 1980 for IBM Corporation. The demand for corporate office space kept growing, putting Norwalk and Merritt 7 on the map as a class A office destination.
Today Merritt 7 consists of six Class A office buildings with nearly 1.4 million square feet of corporate office space.
The buildings are situated on 22 park-like acres with picturesque landscaping and well manicured plazas with picnic areas and scenic seating areas along the Norwalk River.
Our buildings are distinctive. Each with its own architectural character featuring modern interiors, accent water walls, up-scaled finishes, and custom lighting.
Keeping Up with The Times
At Merritt 7, we are always making improvements to the Park - whether we are creating new plazas or upgrading our buildings. Our on-site management, ownership, and construction professionals work together to create an atmosphere that is reflective of a Class A office park.
